Zur Mehlmischung geben, sollte aber nicht zu hei\u00df sein. Eigelb dazu und durchkneten.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sch\u00fcssel an einen warmen Ort (z.B.: \u00fcber dem Backrohr etc.) f\u00fcr ca. 1 Stunde gehen lassen. Durchkneten und in kleine ausgebutterte Briocheform geben und nochmals f\u00fcr ca. 1 Stunde gehen lassen. Ins vorgeheizte Backrohr (160 Grad )bei Umluft f\u00fcr ca 35 \u2013 45 min. Da die Backzeit von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Briocheform abh\u00e4ngt, am besten die Steckerlprobe anwenden!
